Processing time

Most orders ship within 5–7 business days. Larger orders, or orders placed during busy seasons, can take a little longer.

Delivery

United States: usually 3–7 business days after your order ships.
Canada, the UK, Australia and other countries: usually 7–21 business days after your order ships.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Orders ship from the United States.

Tracking

You'll get an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

International duties and taxes

International orders may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in our prices or shipping rates.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We can't refund or reship orders that are returned or lost because of an incorrect address.
