This website is operated by Nine Lives Loud ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Online store

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You may not use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products and colors

We do our best to show products, colors and print placement accurately. Screens vary, and small differences in color, print position and garment details can occur. These aren't considered defects.

3. Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that contain a pricing error. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

4. Orders and payment

You agree to give current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we don't store your full card details.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, logos, text and images on this site belong to Nine Lives Loud and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or use them without our written permission. Buying a product doesn't give you any rights to the design.

7. Third-party services

We use third parties, including Shopify, payment processors, and production and shipping partners, to run the store and fulfill orders. We aren't responsible for their separate terms or practices.

8. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, Nine Lives Loud isn't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
